"Every time I look at my core concept illustration, I think, wow, it's simple. It's just visually readable. Someone can look at it and understand what's happening in this lab. I realized some of the ideas that I always talk about are in the core concept, but there is also stuff that I don't talk about and now I'm thinking, but that's my future research! That's what my students want to work on! So, to see that embedded in a core concept was such a great experience. I just loved the whole development process, and the outcome is so valuable."
