INITIAL MEETING
01
CONCEPTUALIZATION
Before the project begins, we will collect information from you about your needs during an initial meeting. We will talk about your goals, intended audience, and the general aesthetic, theme, or vibe you are aiming for. During the conceptualisation phase, we will draft ideas that suit your needs. The amount of conceptualised options we provide you will will depend on your desired budget and timeframe. Alongside sketches and/or storyboarded content, we will conceive of the colour palette, and general aesthetic.
02
DRAFTING
You will have the opportunity to make decisions regarding options that you like or any major changes to illustrations, aesthetics, or concept. Drafting will also depend on the budget and the project. This phase may consist of multiple rounds of feedback until the desired result is achieved and a final copy is made. At the beginning of the drafting phase, a near-final looking first draft will be provided.
03
FINAL COPY
Feedback during the drafting phase can consist of any minor final changes. Such changes may include edits to the format or layout of images, text, and colour. Depending on the budget at timeframe, minor changes may also be made to the illustrations themselves. The final copy will be provided in the agreed upon file format.
